Let it cool to room temp, then wrap in ptialsc wrap or a ptialsc zip bag (or a ptialsc tupperware thing)I find cutting it easiest w/ an electric knife. You get much thinner slices that way. If it was left in the loaf, be sure to dig out the spinner blade from the bottom of the pan before cutting.
