As I recall CaptureScreenshot puts the file in wtahever folder it wants on iOS.  I think you don't specify the full path and it will put it in a default directory.  And then you use wtahever that path is to grab the file later.  I think that it doesn't work on iOS if you specify more than a filename.  Using a full path breaks it.
