Grill too much salmon for dniner; salmon should be seasoned, could have been marinated. Refrigerate overnight.Take yummy crusty bread or rolls (rosemary or dill bread is ideal). Toast if you need to add firmness or crunch. Generously apply mayonaise, a slice of ripe tasty tomato, and perhaps some lettuce or wild lettuce or fresh dill. Add nicely chilled salmon.Serve with a small sweet pickle on the side, and iced tea or a nice wine.
